I paid a premium price for a bouquet that was not worth the money,They clearly do not value customer satisfaction, Very disappointed Overly priced

Extremely disappointed with this florist. I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday. She is not mobile and lives in sheltered housing, so I gave detailed instructions on my order as to how to access her front door. They ignored the instructions and as a result tried to deliver to the wrong address. They rang my mum and told her they were outside (they weren’t, they were at the wrong address). This was amazing service and beautiful flowers. I rang at 4.30 and because she had something suitable already made up it was delivered an hour later. Excellent service, she really went the extra mile. Thankyou so much.
