I have had to make appointments to see a doctor over the last few months and each time I telephoned at 8am didn’t always get through to the operator straight away but kept on dialling until the recorded voice informed me that I was in the queue and that I could have a”call back “ the receptionist called every time and I was offered the appointment that I needed. Excellent service and treated with dignity every time,thank you Moss Grove both in Kinver and Kingswinford we are truly blessed to have such great service
Friendly and quick! Easy to check in. Always on time and never waiting. Amazing doctors. Friendly receptionists. Been going for years and will carry on doing so!
I would like to recommend Dr Rashid who has been extremely helpful and supportive to my daughter. He has taken her cough seriously and provided great continuity of care. Lottie is very grateful and so am I.
Caring, responsive, prompt and I’m always able to speak to someone at the surgery on the same day. Can’t fault the care that my family and I have received recently and through the years. Amazing.
I've have been going to the surgery for 5 months every other day for my leg to be dressed .The care I've had from Nina has been absolutely fantastic.
