All good. I’ve seen some reviews complaining about delivery , but I’ve used Moss quite a few times and parts have always arrived as expected. Can’t fault ‘em
Customer service is terrible. Bought 2 sets of mini handles and both faulty, rang for advise and help but Chris’s manner in the phone was unbelievable! Won’t be buying off Moss again
Why do Moss persist in using TNT for their delivery service. All other aspects of their business I like but if the product can’t get to me it’s all a bit meaningless. This is the 2nd time I have ordered a part and had the same poor delivery experience.
