modera Miramar towncenter I moved over a year ago as a single mom with my son. Have to say this has been the best experience we have had thus far and we call it home. Very spacious,affordable, convenient to his school and shopping. They are always doing things for their residents.
Great place! Very safe and quiet location. Restaurants city hall and a future police station all in the same area. Very dog and family friendly! I would reccomend anyone live here.
Modera Town Center Absolutely the best for the money. The amenities are excellent and the staff is super friendly and very attentive to your needs. I love living here!

Modera Town Center Apartments is absolutely a phenomenal place to call home.Every apartment is installed with a washer and dryer, also a dish washer every kitchen is updated with modern day appliances the great location to near by schools, shopping centers ,and restaurants just minutes away I highly recommend this luxury place to call your home
Great location!!! Very safe and secure rental. Prompt response from maintenance. Very clean and well kept community. Leasing staff is very professional and very helpful. Great place to live.
Couldn't ask for a better place than Modera Town Center because there is NONE! I love living here and having access to such a great clubhouse is heaven on earth. Love the staff, and also my neighbors!
