So Disappointed!!! PLEASE DO BETTER Received my apt with soaked carpets, which weren't new as told. I could have applied for a unit without carpet as my daughter has resp issues and I had concerns regarding carpeting; toilet came with mold/grime (none in bathrooms were replaced), track lighting bulbs were out and the keys to my apt did not work in the door. Don’t move here. They don’t care about you. You made a request and they never do it. I requested PEST CONTROL THREE TIME IN THE LAST 8 days and they say is completed. I still have the same mosquitoes in my apartment. Neighbor making noise and you going to the management and they do NOTHING. Neighbor with dogs peeing in your front yard and management doing NOthing Trash in the mail trash and management doing NOTHING Trash outside the trash room and management doing nothing. People cannot leave with all this trash all over the... read more
Horrible everything was going great until new Management arrived, now NO ONE cares to answer emails or phone calls. they decided to do some upgrades to the units while tenants are still leaving there, this caused personal property damages, I am having an issue with one of the fans that were installed, do you think someone has bothered to reply to my emails or responded to any of my calls? completely in shock with this place. NEVER AGAIN.

Mosaic and ZRS Management: A property and property management company that doesn't care about it's clients/residents I would have given this place a 4 star when first moving in. Eva was friendly and really made us excited about moving into our first "home". We didn't really have any issues during the time of our stay. There were things we didn't like but nothing major to advise of. Fast forward to the end of our contract - After leaving, we were charged $220 for "damaging" the carpet in the bedroom.
