HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD A HUGE PROBLEM WITH PAYMENTS/OFFICE STAFF SINCE GREYSTAR TOOK OVER? IF SO PLEEEEASE MESSAGE ME!! Service is a terrible!

Great location!!! Very safe and secure rental. Prompt response from maintenance. Very clean and well kept community. Leasing staff is very professional and very helpful. Great place to live.
Couldn't ask for a better place than Modera Town Center because there is NONE! I love living here and having access to such a great clubhouse is heaven on earth. Love the staff, and also my neighbors!
