Customer service is terrible! Mold from their building has damaged over $1000 of my personal belongings and has impacted my health. Expect extra fees to be added to your rent after billing statement has already been sent to you. Terrible maintenance response, and bad customer service from office staff especially from Diane and property manager Nidia. Please find somewhere else to stay! Any option is better than living here!
Things have really gone down hill since these homes became "Mosaic". The customer service is really bad at the leasing office. They never answer the phone or return your calls. It takes multiple requests to get a maintenance issue taken care of. The pool areas are overrun with people who don't even live here and they trash the place. Security seems non existent. We use to have monthly events such as food truck night, Sunday brunch, and wine tastings but those all went away too. I really hope this place gets its act together.... read more
When this place was Modera it was a dream to live here after GREYSTAR took over its a piece of shit!! Every month I am charged 300 to 400 dollars extra on my rent and I'm constantly fighting to have it fixed! The "accountant" seems to never be available and no one can ever fix the problem. I lived her two years and never had a problem until these idiots took over. The buildings are no longer clean, the smaller gym is disgusting. It's just filthy. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
