good luck keeping residents! I have lived in these apartments for 3 years and this is by far the worst management they've had!! absolutely no sense of customer service!!! Do not be fooled by the nice reviews that are likely being written by management to lure people into signing a lease! my advice is: if you're looking to rent here, pass by one day and try to speak with someone who actually lives here and they'll likely attest to all the negative reviews you are reading. I have lived here for almost a year and have seen the place through two different management companies. Often time a change in management brings a lot of negatives, but this is not the case with this place. The company does a great job of resolving maintenance issues, hosting events to enhance the sense of community, and having friendly faced staff. My family and I have been living here for two months and it’s been wonderful! The maintenance staff is wonderful! They strive to keep this place tidy and are always willing to help. Jose, Manny, Mauricio, and Manuel are the best! Customer service is always willing and able to help! Run while you can! Do not let this management trap you into a lease! I am highly displeased on how I have been treated by this company and I can not wait until my lease is up so that I can finally be done with living under this inadequately trained company. Customer service is terrible! Mold from their building has damaged over $1000 of my personal belongings and has impacted my health. Expect extra fees to be added to your rent after billing statement has already been sent to you. Terrible maintenance response, and bad customer service from office staff especially from Diane and property manager Nidia. Please find somewhere else to stay! Any option is better than living here!
There are many more good things ... Despite having lived a theft inside the parking lot, long walks to get to the premises, The trash in the parking lot constantly, although the latter is due to the neglect of residents, are very good social areas, if you have some Problem in your unit is given the corresponding service, garbage is collected every day, maintenance is constant, attention is good and pleasant, in short, the balance is positive.
