I had the worst experience ever with the Knightvest property in The Woodlands. After a bait and switch tactic to try and get me to pay more in rent before I even signed the lease, they refused to refund my money and now sent a statement saying I owe for the insufficient funds for them double charging my account and my application fee. I never would've applied had I not been mislead.
