The Management team at the Mosaic Mueller In Austin is the single most disorganized group of individuals I have ever met. We moved in a few weeks ago and from day one, our apartment was not ready, dirty, and several other maintenance issues from day one. It took them a week to just provide mail keys. Currently residing at Retreat at Lake Lynn in Raleigh, NC. During construction above me, water has leaked out & I came home to a my ceiling on my stove & standing water in my kitchen. I had to threaten office staff to get out here same day (it was an end of day around 4:45PM). Their staff came in & went upstairs and told outside contractor to clean it up. This management company is a slum landlord in the same way that Trump was in Queens, New York. I live in **************************** Inn austin Texas and the moment they purchased it we started to have landfill garbage in the trash chute spill out onto every level four floors piling out with stink an odor and rats just disgusting. I began leasing with Avondale Parc apartments in July/august of 2019 and paid my rent on time as I always do, patiently waited for all of my complaints to be handled, they would do random work that wasn't connected to my requests constantly but I was patient and understanding. In March 2020 I was placed on strict bedrest and lost my job due to covid so I requested to move out in May to move back with family and that was the 60 day notice. In my 10+ years of renting, this is the only management company I have ever conflicted with. Knightvest Capital purchased my apartment building this summer and Knightvest Management took over daily operations. Interior renovations began almost immediately. The vendors performing the renovations were permitted to use power tools in the apartment hallway and inside apartment units, rather than outside on the grounds away from occupied units. Asheville at spring branch apartment is the worse apartment I had ever lived in. Their workers and management are the reason why. Their manager, Omar ******* said I could bring a check to pay my rent, and I did. Turns out 2 days later I check my online resident page. My bill is still the same and what is more annoying is that there is a late fee on it! A LATE FEE because their workers don't have the mental capacity to know that I paid! She also, spoke to Mr. *** via phone on 4/9/2020 and he stated that is account had been taken care and everything had been resolved.
I spoke with Rnt Debt. They settle offer is $3900. That is completely unacceptable for me. I gave the 60 day notice. The price is the other person in the lease is Victoria *****. This property management company is the most corrupt and evil one that I have ever had the misfortune of deling with. They will charge for unfinished work or even work that was never done. They will lie and cheat you even if there are legal documents that contradict their lies. The fact that this company has an A+ with the BBB is in no way proof of how they are, and also brings 4th reliability of the BBB into question.

When I moved into my current apartment (Indigo, formerly Braesview in San Antonio), I hoped to live there until I moved to the retirement home down the street. However, once Knightvest took over management of the property it has become nearly unlivable. Packages are routinely "lost" and when I call the office all I get are recordings.
