I have lived at the vineyards apartments for over 5 years. Knightvest is the 3rd management company we've had and it is by far the worst. Since they've come in, it takes forever to get maintenance requests done. They've been making upgrades to make the property look nicer for prospective tenants while making no effort to actually meet the needs of the current residents. We had these great amenities before that we completely lost use of for months when they decided to make cosmetic upgrades to the front office. Now there's th... read more

0 STARS. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE, THE MANAGEMENT AT KNIGHTVEST DOES NOT RETURN EMAILS OR CALLS. NO COMMUNICATION, THIS IS SAD. THE APARTMENT AT "FLORENCE IS HORRIBLE, INFESTED, WINDOWS DON'T HAVE SCREENS, MOLD, EVERYTHING IS BROKEN EVEN THE FOUNDATION, THEY DON'T CARE. Ms. ******* and another resident were both given the options to transfer to another apartment unit onsite or move-out due to ongoing disturbance with each other. Ms. ******* is being released from her lease contract, which ends in August of 2022, without any early termination penalties or fees. Ms. ******* had not reported an issue of organic growth until May 5/5/2022. The manager went that day to take pictures and investigate where the organic growth originated and the cause. I am currently a resident at Fitzhugh Urban Flats. I was told when I signed my lease that I would be moving into a completely renovated apartment with brand new appliances. I am still waiting for these new appliances to be installed nearly 6 months later, and I only received a microwave and vent hood because I asked for them multiple times. I was never informed ahead of time about the missing appliances and only found out when I had to call and ask where they were after receiving my keys and was moving in. In the year and a half I ha e been dealing with this rental property at the apartments I rent at called the ******** off **** rd Houston tx XXXXX I have seen 6 different management in the front office. I have numerous pictures & videos of the terrible things this management has refused to tend to properly from them having to gut out my whole bedroom wall due to soft spots from mold. I moved out of the Seville an apt they own November 30th. They owe me 716.00 and change. I have called two times and I sent an email via thier website. No response at all. It is January 20 this is not reasonable and there is no excuse for just ingoring me. Had i been late with rent they would have kicked me out. Mind you they give clients 3 days to pay rent. I have waited a good 6 to 7 weeks now. What real protection does a resident get in Texas not much.

The security at the Mueller complex is inept. The locks on community doors, including those leading to apartment hallways, are broken. The garage door is propped open because it's also broken. I've accumulated THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in property damage in the last year because management refuses to install functioning security systems or cameras. I have reached out to knightvest while I was living at ******* ***** apartments and after I left. My company asked me to temporarily relocate to Allen and they would pay me a certain amount for living qtrs etc. Initially when I sighed the electronic lease I spoke to someone about the move in special that prompted me to stay at the location. The leasing agent on the phone assured me everything was fine. I am eating help getting in contact with somebody at night vest. I have reached out to my community through the cares act for rental assistance. All I need is a signed and dated W9 from 2021. I had all my paperwork in order and was going to get the assistance today but I did not receive the W9. If someone could please contact me. I do not have anything bad to say about these apartments they have been great and very patient with me as far as needing help. But I really need someone to contact me thank you

I've been underwhelmed by the new management of the Mosaic. It seems up and down and all around when it comes to the trash pickup and recycling. We'll see how it goes. I guess I'll just start taking pictures of all the icky stuff I see and post it for everyone out there to check us out. Secondly, the security issues with doors rarely being securely closed/locked.
