Hello , I’m really upset today and previously as well with a guy receptionist, it’s a young man , his talking it’s rude and not respectful! I asked for his name is his name is ASAD he should fix his tone of talking and to be more nice and polite ! This GP not KFC! It’s not the first time he is behaving rude.. someone should speak with him. I called today 27/03/2026 at 16;50.
Had a really positive experience with Ms Aisha Olaad. She is very kind, patient and truly listens. I really appreciate how seriously she takes health concerns she doesn’t delay and takes action straight away when needed. On my visit, she made sure everything was followed up properly and even arranged things quickly with the hospital, which made me feel reassured and cared for.
