Recommendedihada stroke in august 2018. they saved my life and i am 100% back to what i was thanks to rehab. they pushed me but thats what. I needed.i walked out of their doors going home just like it never happened. the staff was excellent and so were the doctors and nurses and the aides. they even allowed my family to bring my dogs up to see me on the lanai. my Chihuahua Was beside himself to finally see mama after 3 weeks. it was awesome.thank you north bay for my life
I never write reviews... but what a disaster. I had to have emergency surgery while out of town here. Surgeon and staff was great. However, the hospital incorrectly submitted the insurance info under my spouses name and birthday - which caused a chain reaction of issues with our insurance. Mistakes happen and should have been simple to correct. It has taken NINE MONTHS of me calling and speaking to people to get them to correct the claim to my name and birthday. Better cleaning. On my 4th trip to er due to contracting cdif there in nov i went to use the bathroom in my Er room. Found blood in bsck if seat and on floor disgusting it wasnt mine and i filed complaint Heatd nothing

RecommendedGreat staff, great people who care. Polite and helpful. BUT, regardless of insurance, pricing or service, taking a fishing hook (which in all took 15 minutes to remove) and 4 hours of sitting in a room does not warrant a charge of $3,000 dollars. That is a bit much.
