Just discharged. Everyone was kind and compassionate. The hospital was very clean. The food was yummy! No complaints!

Business response:

Hi Vanessa - Thank you so much for letting us know about your great experience at St. Joseph's Hospital - South. We appreciate the feedback and we will make sure to pass it along to the team! Thank you, Vince (119823)

There are too many reasons why I wouldn't recommend this hospital. The difference between St Joseph north and main is night and day to mention one. Why I'm not sure but I've stayed at both and prefer North

Staff was great. Just wish food would be better. Chicken stock should always be homemade, specially in a hospital. Gluten and sugar free options are necessary.

I'm very, very disappointed in the waiting room and help getting a wheelchair at the main door. My friend was having a very important test and I had to wait to get a wheel chair, finally leaving and finding my own while in agony from my back. We arrived at 9:30 am and never left until almost 6:30pm. We had to wait in a waiting room that was huge with 3huge tvs side by side all on different channels, all overriding each other so you couldn't understand anything they said. No captions on. The chairs were all hard and straight.... read more

After my ultrasound for my leg....instead of being taken to the discharge door to wait on my ride...I was taken outside and left there....it was to cold so I rolled myself inside where it was warmer...usually I have a good experience today was not one of those days!😷😷😡

Nursing staff and PCT's are top notch. 9 hours in the ER with colitis not top notch. I know ER doc's are contractors but also the first impression of WHH many will have.
