RecommendedMy son spent 18 nights in the hospital and I get emotional when I think about the compassion and caring nurses, doctors and techs that were there with us for his journey. The surgeon Dr Valdina-Valdivia saved my sons life and we are so grateful. The PICU nurses were so kind. Every nurse treated us like family and we were stuck in the room day and night because of our positive covid tests. I am so grateful for this hospital and the people that helped us through this scary circumstance we went through.

Communication, I regret bringing my mom here, between the nurses and doctors, not knowing when to talk with the patient, instead they wait until there under the influence, then ask them questions, I spoke with a Dr. Lugo,,,who was not very friendly, kinda snotty,,if u ask me,,I want my mom transferred out of that place, my name is Patricia duke, and I want them to know I wrote this,,,

RecommendedI was treated in MPH ED on Friday, it was busy and the staff was accommodating and professional. I was the least in need of attention and was seen in a timely fashion. Thanks for the job you ALL do !!

RecommendedAmazing hospital! My son has literally gone here three times and he’s three. So every year. One was for a broken thumb, then stitches on his head and then a high fever. He’s rambunctious to say the least. Every time he has been met with Doctors and Nurses that not only make him literally laugh but also make him feel safe. He always talks about it in a good way. I highly recommend this hospital.

I’ve had both good and bad experiences at SFB but the experience my mother had in the ER last night (11/10/2020) was ridiculous! She had outpatient surgery at SFB earlier that morning and started experiencing complications once home. After calling the surgical wing and speaking to a nurse, I was encouraged to bring her into the ER.
