I was severely abused physically and mentally by the nurses and the ER doctor at the time name of Osborne , I was beaten physically by male techs and denied food and water all day , they refused to give me a pillow and kept violating my patient rights and took my personal phone away from me and I’m almost 5 months pregnant.

I took my wife to the Port Richey ER on Oct 7,2020 and arrived at 515pm. She had severe hip pain and was not able to stand or walk and we suspected a hip fracture due to her medical history. Initial intake was issue free and the waiting room staff said that it would be a while. I was not allowed to wait with her, even though ZERO NONPATIENTS in waiting room had temperature taken so why take COVID precautions. At 650pm my wife was taken for xrays. From start (ED) to finish (OSV), my experience was exceptional, as expected. The doctors, nurses, techs, and ancillary team at North Bay are truly the best of BayCare and did not disappoint me once during my stay. Very kind and professional care. Staff excellent to work with, extremely helpful and understanding of the COVID situation and the stress it out on families not being able to sit with their loved ones, they overly compensated for this by providing information and updated by phone. The staff was wonderful.

After repeated blood draws, at least five different times of multiple vials. A chest x ray, an ekg, urine analysis, many other test I don't know the names to..... A heart cath test was ordered by a doctor I have never spoken to. I spent all of last night panicking, crying, and awake... I was denied food, water, and ice chips for almost 12 hours. I was recently admitted to Northbay Obersvation unit. while I was admitted I had outstanding care thru out my entire stay. Kim the manager of the unit stopped to check in daily. Her nursing staff was very accommodating and professional. the entire staff was excellent. I had a catherization and got to recover back is obersrvation. Katie and Jillian did an excellent job with my care. I did not have any brusing from my cath and my site looks amazing. I truly believe this is because of the amazing care I received. this hospital is 1000 times better than Trinity! the staff actually is compassionate, takes the time to listen to you, and really goes the extra mile. I was here with severe food poisoning and the nurse actually rubbed my back and comforted me as I was crying in pain. at Trinity I was in a similar situation and was told to "stop making a scene" the new ER looks great too!
