RecommendedHad a procedure done here on 10-21. Was treated like I was the only patient in the whole facility From start to finish I could not have been treated better.
RecommendedWe had a planned c-section for 10/21/20. From the time we arrived to the time we left, the experience was awesome. The medical staff was amazing during delivery for both my daughter and myself. Once we were out of recovery and into our room, the round the clock care was phenomenal. Not only was the staff professional but very personable as well. I would recommend this hospital for delivery and care.
7 minutes ago My father was at the emergency department of Winter Haven Hospital on 10/21/2020. Unfortumately he did not survive his medical emergency. My mother was not allowed in to see him and although we spoke to the doctor at the time, we were extremely upset and later had some questions about his condition. We were told that we could speak to the doctor at the beginning of his shift and were assured by the nurse that cared for him that the charge nurses would all know to expect us. RecommendedThank you ALL so much for the wonderful care and service during my stent installation on Oct 23, 2020. The nurses were all phenomenal, with a special salute to Jason, nurse in the cardiac care floor. The catheter team was AWESOME and made me feel so much at ease during a time when I was alone and frightened..can’t say enough good things about my stay, food was restaurant quality! RecommendedI came to the Er 2days ago with severe pain in my left arm radiating to my chest. Although they were busy and it took a couple of hours to get a room they were doing X-ray and blood tests prior to even seeing doc which was great as when I finally got a room things where faster to get admitted and find out what was wrong. Their COVID restrictions may be uncomfortable but happy they are in place to protect all patients. I have been in 4 east in the last 2 days, all the nurses and Techs and all other staff have been exceptional... read more
