I am spending the night after having a partial thyroidectomy (surgery went well) and I just want to say I have encountered the most friendly people along the way!!!! Literally everyone. Dr borock was my surgeon and he did a great job!!! So a special thank you to him and his crew and also to my nurse in recovery Liz and I wish I got my nurses name from earlier in the day because she was awesome as well!

From the time i arrived and left i found the experience wonderful. The checking in fast, seeing the assigned nurses, all friendly and helpful, the care given wonderful. The wonderful Doctors explaining everything. The signing out painless. Thanks Morton Plant for the last time I was there also, with issues.

3 hours in the waiting room of the ER with hypertension crisis blood pressure and chest pains. 3 fricken hours and STILL in the waiting room. No tests, no dr, no room nothing. unacceptable! We will never come here again. The extra gas to drive to Countryside is WELL worth quality care!

Went to this facility with chest pains. They did my BP and EKG, then put me back in the ER waiting room (with coughing and hacking flu patients, etc.) for more than 30 minutes. Finally took off the paraphernalia they had on me and went to a different hospital. Let me tell you, this place would never survive anywhere outside of Florida. Run to another facility, but not Trinity Medical Center; they're just as bad! Hoping next time I need an ER that AdventHealth will prove to be the one.

Nurses are very rude also sat there with my boyfriend in the waiting room without them helping him like they said they would. I won’t go back!

Jen Evans was phenomenal! Such a great doctor who cares about her patients, if friendly and kind, and gets answers quickly! I went in due to hard time breathing and within two hours I was leaving with a diagnosis of pneumonia. I was started on antibiotics that night and felt so much better the next day. Loved this hospital! My first time coming to this one and all the staff was great.
