Staff excellent to work with, extremely helpful and understanding of the COVID situation and the stress it out on families not being able to sit with their loved ones, they overly compensated for this by providing information and updated by phone. From the moment I’ve walked in the door they have treated me amazing ! I walked in this hospital a whopping 9 1/2 cm all alone and they made me feel like I was not alone the whole time I was delivering !!!! After repeated blood draws, at least five different times of multiple vials. A chest x ray, an ekg, urine analysis, many other test I don't know the names to..... A heart cath test was ordered by a doctor I have never spoken to. I spent all of last night panicking, crying, and awake... I was denied food, water, and ice chips for almost 12 hours.
