Recommendedthis hospital is 1000 times better than Trinity! the staff actually is compassionate, takes the time to listen to you, and really goes the extra mile. I was here with severe food poisoning and the nurse actually rubbed my back and comforted me as I was crying in pain. at Trinity I was in a similar situation and was told to "stop making a scene" the new ER looks great too!

RecommendedSo thankful to the team at this hospital! I arrived there in June to their high risk ob unit after being diagnosed with severe pre eclampsia at 32 weeks pregnant. I ended up having to deliver my son at 32 weeks 4 days by emergency c section. He stayed in their NICU for 28 days. Both the staff in the high risk ob unit and the NICU were very helpful and understanding. They always answered all my questions and gave me great advice that was so helpful being a first time mom. We are lucky our family member survived and back to full health! We are thankful for having a nurse in the family that was with him because the stay at Morton Plant hospital was terrible. Our loved one wasn't cared or feed properly. One expects terrible service if they have no insurance or horrible coverage. He has been with the same MPH doctor for years, excellent health insurance,and first overnights at the hospital. Better hiring of nursing staff and techs are needed!! RecommendedGreat hospital, very accommodating to our family. They let me and my partner in during Covid with my 16 year old daughter who is very medically complex/special needs, which made things a lot less stressful. They have a great team of doctors and nurses that are very onboard/informative and their communication was great amongst everyone !
