My mother passed away at Stl Joseph's (non covid - natural causes) and the Dr. would not sign the death certificate so that we could do her final services. After repeated blood draws, at least five different times of multiple vials. A chest x ray, an ekg, urine analysis, many other test I don't know the names to..... A heart cath test was ordered by a doctor I have never spoken to. I spent all of last night panicking, crying, and awake... I was denied food, water, and ice chips for almost 12 hours. A different doctor shows up to consult me before we start the procedure... Due to staff miscommunication, and mixing up patient orders I almost received an invasive procedure. My anx... read more

RecommendedI was recently admitted to Northbay Obersvation unit. while I was admitted I had outstanding care thru out my entire stay. Kim the manager of the unit stopped to check in daily. Her nursing staff was very accommodating and professional. the entire staff was excellent. I had a catherization and got to recover back is obersrvation. Katie and Jillian did an excellent job with my care. I did not have any brusing from my cath and my site looks amazing. I truly believe this is because of the amazing care I received.
