RecommendedI was recently admitted to Northbay Obersvation unit. while I was admitted I had outstanding care thru out my entire stay. Kim the manager of the unit stopped to check in daily. Her nursing staff was very accommodating and professional. the entire staff was excellent. I had a catherization and got to recover back is obersrvation. Katie and Jillian did an excellent job with my care. I did not have any brusing from my cath and my site looks amazing. I truly believe this is because of the amazing care I received. Recommendedthis hospital is 1000 times better than Trinity! the staff actually is compassionate, takes the time to listen to you, and really goes the extra mile. I was here with severe food poisoning and the nurse actually rubbed my back and comforted me as I was crying in pain. at Trinity I was in a similar situation and was told to "stop making a scene" the new ER looks great too!
