Certain individuals working there are not empathetic as you’d expect nursing professionals to be. My brother-in-law died there a few months ago. There could have been more comfort care for him as his condition was terminal. Their knowledge of his illness was minimal at best. My sister stated to a RN that her husband was dying and the RN said,”He is not dying !” Since we had read pages of information on his disease, we said,”Oh ! RecommendedI highly recommend this place for emergency care. I had the best care here with Dr. Patel in the ER, along with Carmine, RN. Also had to stay on observation unit under the care of Dr. V. Patel, RNs Tracy, Ramon and Angela, CNAs Bree, Ray, and Becca, and housekeeping by Darilys. What a team of wonderful caring professionals. Thankful for this place!
