Jake @ GSF was amazing to work with. From pre approval, to closing, he was there every step of the way!! From “check in” phone calls, and emails, he was always communicating. Being a single mom and first time buyer I really appreciated that!! I can’t say enuf great stuff about GSF 🤩
the team was very helpful communicated very well with us and got us a better mortgage than our credit union had offered
communication is very poor. been waiting over 3 weeks to get a call back. wasted my time pulling credit and getting all the papers needed only to be left out in the opening. if we aren't approved I wouldn't be upset however super disappointed heard so many good things about GSF....
Brian and the team at GSF in appleton were amazing to work with. Professional, understanding and patient every single time I spoke with them on the phone or email. My husband and I were lost and confused since we were dealing with land splitting and no realtor but they walked us through the whole process! Highly, highly recommend! We have done 2 mortgages through them now.
You know, with all the good things that was said and recommended to my husband and I, I'm sad to say I did not have the experience they loved so much about GSF mortgage. Pam was great. She did her part as to reaching out and got the application started. About a week or 2 later, I received a voicemail from Mike which I returned but never heard back from. Everyone at GSF was amazing. Especially Pam, she had no problems answering our questions no matter what day of the week it was and she was very reassuring. We could not of asked for a better experience.
I highly recommend Scott! He was professional and upbeat everytime we spoke. He stayed in contact while waiting for papers to be done. He helped us find our new home! Thank you so much Scott!!
