I am very disappointed. We are trying to get a mortgage through them and they never call us back even when they say they are going to call us back in 30 minutes well it's been two months since they have made any contact with us. I think we might just go somewhere else to get a mortgage

I couldn't be happier with my choice to finance through GSF. Brian got me a much better deal than the other lender I started the process of doing a VA loan with, and made the process very easy. He explained everything in great detail and left me with no surprises. He fielded every one of my dumb questions with a smile and reassured me when we got a few bumps due to needed repairs on the home. When I first called GSF, I was a bit nervous. If I was being completely honest, the idea of buying my first home at the age of 19 scared me.
