Brian was awesome to work with! My wife and I had been working with another branch when we discovered they were trying to pull a fast one, and Brian jumped right in. In a matter of a week we were pre-approved for a loan and he help raise out credit scores. Absolutely terrible experience. Horrible organization. I was dripping off paper work every other day because they couldn't get things together. They would never answer any of my calls or texts about my loan. It took 60 days for this process and wasn't finished until 5pm the night before closing. All around a bad experience. Would not recommend.
Working with GSF in general has been a tremendously enjoyable experience (if that word can be used during the home-buying process) but Pam Gustafson made the process super simple and painless.
