Crooks, not passed the interest rate cut onto the customers, I expected this from this company, terrible
Initially they were a good company Customer Service wise. Bit they seem to have taken on other businesses like COOP, as I've had paperwork headed paper. I've had to rate them 1 star, I've been waiting since Dec 2023 to change to interest only. No-one answers the phone in CS or related teams. Very poor service and very stressful dealing with them.

Amazing customer service from Mark Watson. Professional, thorough, patient and understanding.
My mortgage was bought by MAS and I have to say that they are the worst mortgage company ever. I am trying my best to move my mortgage as they are the worst. I have found that communicating with this company is always a negative experience. I don't necessarily blame the employees here, as it must be impossible to work for this company. If you ever get into a position that you are considering MAS. Please do not, that's all I can say.
