AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I can't imagine there is a worse furniture seller in the UK. First off, the first red flag was when he brought the mattress to my flat (as agreed), but he came alone and I had to help him carry it upstairs! Then, the mattress I was told was firm (I felt it with my hands only at the store) was sagging after lying down on it when I got it home.
