Absolutely horrendous service! Took my Audi Q7 there and was advised it would take an hour to clean. This was fine with me so ended up leaving it for about 2 hours as I walked home. Got back and the side steps had clearly not been touched. I asked them why and they said it had been washed but looks like that as the water had dried. It was clear that they were dirty as I rubbed a finger on them and my finger came out dirty. The guy just kept on arguing with me. He them refused to wash my wife's car.
