Transport, Communication, Invoicng - everything fine. Thorsten and Regine are doing a very good job. Always support if needed, if problems appear, are solved very quickly. TOP !
I cannot recommend cooperation with this company. We took a load from them, but there were only problems with unloading that load. The car waited over 24 hours for unloading, they set a fix at 20:15 in Friday, of course, no information on this from their side! Then the weekend spent by the driver empty, cancellation of another load. And what? Zero responsibility for the costs incurred by us. I highly do not recommend it. So far, I have not met a company in GB that does this with carriers.
