Not impressed, complete lack of communication
I took my son to the ER for chest pains and dizziness. they check his vitals and tell him to wait. CHEST PAINS PEOPLE!!! We wait 1.5 hours and they never took him in. unbelievable!!! Do not go to this hospital. they dont know what patient care is. chest pains are priority anyone know that. ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!! I will be posting this everywhere. no one should go there. we need better care
I brought my daughter to the ER last night and I wanted to thank the staff for their prompt and courteous assistance. Once checked in, we were quickly helped by Scott, who went out of his way to make sure my daughter was comfortable. He asked about her all the way up until we left. That truly meant the world to her and me, and we thank you! After going in the back, Amanda was also very nice and knowledgeable and made our visit less uncomfortable. Been coming here for years and every year it gets worse. It seems that scheduling gets worse every year. usually they take you back as soon as you check in, but today they make the wife wait 50 minutes in the waiting room. was told they were so busy, well they scheduled everything.
