My 87 year old father had a Hypoglycemic episode. The first time I’ve ever seen it happen. They were wonderful! Explained to me that I did the right thing by getting him to the hospital even though I had no clue what was happening. He was admitted for 2 days. The Doctors and Nurses were amazing by educating me and him and how to keep it under control. Thank you so much. Also thank you to our Primary Doctor Aranas for calling me after hours and walking me through this. Your the best! Valary and William Edwards
They try hard to get everybody seen, even when they're packed clear full in the waiting room, in the er, and ambulances coming in left and right. Staff tries to stay smiling and friendly, regardless of the insanity they are dealing with.
I like the smaller hospital. Always had great care here.
I recently received treatment at the immediate care clinic for a sinus infection. Staff was great but then I got the bill! My insurance coverage states that I only pay a $40 co pay but they billed me $200. After repeated co arounds with my insurance company and them the hospital billing staff repeatedly lied to me and said it was billed as an immediate care visit and it states that on my bill but then admitted that the doctor can arbitrarily bill you as outpatient!
