I have recently used Morris Dibben in Woolston to secure an apartment to rent, we had such an amazing experience. Rose was so helpful in all aspects, supplied us with options and helped with the applications and continued to help us until we got a property secured and all the steps that followed. The communication was exceptional and gave us reassurance when needed. Rose made the entire process smooth and easy, I never imagined the process being so unchallenging. I was lucky to find a very nice property for me and my family thanks to Ian. We appreciated the transparency and honesty he provided. I am sure you all will share the same feeling as we came from a very bad experience with another letting agency and the difference between the other agency and thiem is like day to night. Amazing experience with Rose. Very efficient and knowledgeable and all round very lovely. Made me feel so at ease throughout, what is typically a stressful process. The process was quick and easy and Rose went above and beyond to answer all the questions we had. She made this an experience to be excited about rather than stressed. This experience has been great and we cannot wait to be in our new home .
