We weren’t allowed to settle our cat or see where he would be staying. Something I’ve been able to do at every other cattery he’s stayed at. On the morning we went to pick him up at 9am we were told he’d not been given any food that morning. He was incredibly skittish when he came home and he was scratching a lot until we gave him an early flea treatment.
Absolutely disgusting service. Julie is so rude. When I asked if she could check about my next booking while I was there, she aggressively told me to phone later as she was far too busy to help me. I get that they were dealing with a stressful situation as a cat had gone missing, but you shouldn't take it out on other customers. When I called to cancel my future visits and told her why she laughed at me shocking customer service. Then she had the cheek to try and call me off her personal mobile phone.
