I wouldn't put my dog in there worked there no care at all all staged for visits poor poor people they are still lovely people been through lots in their lives deserve better please don't put your loved one in there 🙏❤️ I have nightmares about the place I can't begin to tell you the horror I have witnessed and the way I have been treat no H about me it's about t

Your feedback Very friendly place to visit, new management is Chloe who was previously deputy and she is working so hard to ensure our loved ones are safe and looked after and always made me feel comfortable when she was deputy on shift that I felt the service was safe.

Had to ring Morley Manor with regard to estranged fathers possessions that did not go with him to hosp after they informed social worker they could no longer meet his needs! No communication was received to indicate possessions were being held. The Senior l spoke to was adamant that it was not their responsibility to see to onward delivery of personal items? Tried to point point out that family was not involved but was informed “not to speak in that manner” which was a strange reaction? At no point was their any profanity in... read more
