Service Department is the worst I’ve ever had! Terry made appointments twice to get bed cover on and both times parts not in or wrong parts! We live about a hour and half away. Also says takes about 2-2.5 hours, has taken 4-5 both visits. It doesn’t matter to him or the Manager that it’s inconvenient for us or takes all day to get serviced. It doesn’t matter if cover is needed for trip for Christmas. We were told no problem we will get it done for you. The prices and selection can’t be beat. The sales staff are very personable without being pushy. We bought 2 used cars for our children, saved about $3000 each vs local prices.We bought 1 sight unseen and had shipped. Very pleased with everything about the experience.
