Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. Unfortunately my last two experiences were not so great. When I purchased my vehicle, I chose the protection plan which covers oil changes. The last 2 or three times that I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, I was told that I had to pay because the system didn't show that I had the protection plan. My wife had to go to the finance department to get proof that I had protection plan. I would understand if this happened only once, but for this to happen on multiple occasions... read more

Everyone was very helpful and CORDIAL, especially CORD, my Sales Associate ! Which, now that I think about it, may be how he got his name😁 But, in all seriousness, all the people there that I dealt with, were professional, courteous and friendly.
