I made an appointment 5 days ago to bring my car in because my check engine light is on. In those 5 days I received emails and texts confirming my appointment, no one took the time to tell me they DO NOT do any other work on Saturday , other than oil changes - I clearly stated it was my check engine light on the online form. The sales department is good. I will not use the service department again. Very unprofessional and delivered my truck dirty inside and out.

Sales department is great. Easy to work with. Same for finance. The service department is terrible. Rude and unprofessional. I posted something about the service department on their main Facebook page and they deleted it. Maybe this will get their attention.
I had a great experience when I purchased my vehicle but the service department needs some work. Definitely lack customer service. I was never greeted and had to track someone down to help me although there were two service technicians in the bay
