While I bought a truck last Saturday signed papers on the truck it is now Thursday I still haven’t gotten the truck . If u place a truck on the lots it should be sales ready . Not pleased with the service at all

The sales experience was great. But they up sale you the warranties and then do not uphold them. Bought the tire warranty and because we patched it on the side of the road to get it to their facility, it’s considered “fixed.” So now me and my three kids will be driving around on a janky patched tire when I pay for a tire warranty every month. Crazy how this business is blocking my sister all because she wants her tire warranty honored! Patched the tire on the side of the road like any normal person would do and is being told that, that means it’s fixed! You are putting three kids in danger by not honoring the warranty your company sold her! As long as you get your money right!
