I retired from Morgan Street.dentist on Fri. I must say it's a fabulous place to work. All the dentists are so professional and the team of staff are so lovely. They gave me such a wonderful send off and by the end of the day I was sorry I was leaving. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Unfortunately over past 20 years service has become less accessible. Numerous appointments for myself and children cancelled (by text) including dental checks and or hygienist. Today 2.9.24 i have been unable to contact by phone to discuss an appointment today. Happy to discuss with anyone from the surgery if genuine feedback would be of help.
Doesn't seem people friendly.
I've been attending this dental practice all my life and never had an issue until today. The receptionist Wendy was most unhelpful and rude towards myself. Her attiude was appalling. They cancelled my daughters appointment, not mine. I said that I never received any texts she said they sent it weeks ago!! I was in the middle of talking to her when she cut me off and started serving another customer. She needs to attend a customer service course or retire.
