Only gave 1 star cause there is no zero. Very unprofessional. I was told by nick that he was getting the let agreement done but after 2 weeks he was not replying my emails and phone calls. Avoid at all costs.
Waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs
Unscrupulous firm who try to steal your deposit. Ceiling collapsed in the unit making it uninhabitable, because of a boiler leak upstairs outside of the unit. Do not touch with a long stick. Their offices are in Hendon & if the deposit is not returned it is very easy to disrupt operations.
