What can I say? Morgan is great. I couldn't answer the question about waiting room amenities because I have never had to wait. She's always available by phone or email and is extremely accommodating. She knows her stuff AND is a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend her any more highly.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.... read more
