Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always
They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Person treating me spent more time typing on her laptop than addressing me personally.
