Yes Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. Yes, extremely spacious Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did you feel safe in this psychiatric nurse's care? Yes

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean

The provider was always present and attentive Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Does this psychiatric nurse always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
