Smooth process and great service. Thanks Was selling two houses. One with Morfitt Shaw (5*), the other with Alan Cooke (1*… terrible!). With Morfitt Shaw… after 3 weeks house was sold. Had three offers including a cash buyer, with offers above bank’s valuation. Was copied in all the relevant conversations and yes the flat fee is a real differentiator. Would recommend.
The agent I spoke to was incredibly rude, I did not get his name but he was not helpful at all and had an attitude. Their loss of a smooth cash buyer sale. Shame.
I used Greame Shaw to sell my flat in Roundhay and he was excellent. Great knowledge of the local market, realistic pricing and buyers well managed. Negotiated good sale price in challenging summer 2023 market.
