Woke up to water in my basement, water heater needed to be replaced. MorVent's rearranged their schedule, said they would be there between 12 and 4. The technician arrived at 1pm. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and clean. He explained the new unit to us. We have always gotten excellent service from MorVent's. Would not use anyone else.

I had called the day before and Dave came out right on time. My furnace had been unusually loud and I was concerned there were problems. Dave checked everything out and said it was fine. He did find that the capacitor was ready to fail, so he got a new one and replaced it. Good to go now.

24 hours after I called Morvent I had the HVAC system inspected and serviced for a home I was selling. I had a detailed report for the prospective buyers too. Great service. Great communication
