Completely satisfied. MoreVent shows up on time and the techs are very polite, very knowledgeable and they treat my home as if it were their home -- the work appears to be done very professionally and thoroughly -- we've been on the Gold Plan since we've owned our home (eight years) and haven't had a problem with heating or air conditioning -- the monthly charge buys a lot of "peace of mind".

During a routine maintenance visit Ryan discovered two things that needed repairs, one in AC and one if heating. We were grateful that these things were addressed before they became crises. He was thorough, professional, and very helpful, keeping us informed each step of the way.

Had a water leak from our humidifier at midnight on a Friday. More-Vent’s owner came to the house and implemented a temporary fix. Early next morning, a technician was dispatched with necessary parts for a permanent repair. Service was fast, friendly, efficicient, and thorough - as it has been for the past fifteen years that they have been servicing our HVAC systems.
