RecommendedI called MoreVent regarding our faulty air conditioner that was not cooling our home. Within an hour and a half, Shawn was at our door ready to repair the unit, which he did with professionalism and expertise. He explained the issues, showed us the problem and recommended we replace the unit. Shawn set up an appointment to meet with a HVAC consultant for the very next day. Installation of my new heat pump by Bob and Ryan was excellent. Later there were some issues with the fan being nosier than I wanted and another tech, Shawn returned several times to devise a work around to lower the noise level. These employees are a real asset to the company. All are efficient and professional.
MoreVent is an excellent company to do business with. From the initial contact with the scheduler to the excellent, prompt and courteous service by the technician, MoreVent can't be beat. Matt treated my home like his own. Being a Gold service member gives me peace of mind, knowing that MoreVent has my back.
