Joey and Patrick came for our annual maintenance. They were professional and efficient. There were no major issues but I had a few questions which they answered promptly and knowledgeably. Also, Joey recommended that we have our hot water heater replaced due to its age. Since our heater is on the main floor of our home, potential water damage would be problematic. We agreed to his recommendation. He was able to schedule that service for the next day.
Great communication from the company on respecting our time and letting us know when Dave was on his way. The company really takes customer service seriously. Dave arrived was professional, put covers on his shoes, and spent a good amount of time checking both air flow, and CO2 levels etc with my husband asking a million questions. Then, he spent time checking stress on parts, levels for AC, and overall cleanliness including changing our filter and ensuring no build up of molds, etc. Worth the money to have this kind of serv... read more
Ever since 2 years ago Morevent installed my brand new A/C they have been servicing it. I truly never have to worry about a thing. Their employees are professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for service or for a new system. Thank you for everything!

Replacement of a hot water tank. Punctual, friendly, explained the process and left the basement clean and tidy. There was an issue with a faulty switch which was dealt with keeping the customer as a priority. Would recommend and definitely use Morvent again.
