We are very satisfied with MoreVent Heating Cooling Plumbing. Everything went well with our new install unit. We have used them for several years, are a gold member, and I would recommend this to everyone. Definitely worth the money. The men were very professional and know what they are doing.

Is there really a Murphy's Law ??? 2 days before my son's wedding; a house full of rowdy Naval Officers, and my basement is filling with WATER. YIKES! Zach from MoreVent came to our rescue and I could not be more grateful. He was professional, clean, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired our issue and assured me that all would be fine as we continued the celebratory festivities. Nice to know that we have a reliable HVAC company that has our back at all times. Joey was a great technician. I love MoreVent. Found water in my basement, called the office after 6:00 PM and Joey was at my door by 8:00. All fixed and cleaned up by 9:15.

Another example of Morevent's excellent customer focused approach to servicing their customers - they responded promptly to my service call even though it was not a critical matter (system had been problematic two days prior, but then seemed to resolve it self within a few hours). The technician fully explained what he was doing, performed diagnostics, and explained what he discovered and some possible reasons why the heat pump acted in the manner it did.
