Horrible customer service. Newly purchased unit that is inconsistent with signed contract. Customer for years now I needed a new unit. Wish I shopped around before dealing with this company. No owner, sales rep call backs. No showed 3 times for service.

I've been a client for 14 years because they do an amazing job, have capable and polite employees, and scheduling is a breeze! They go out of their way to serve their clients. Finally my 21 year old AC gave out and I purchased a new system from them. The sales person, Chris, was knowledgeable, spoke in "human" terms and was respectful and friendly. Joey was at my home yesterday to do a tune up on both of my air conditioners. Found a problem, suggested I repair it before we really get in to the HOT weather. Another c Another company wouldn’t have said that, fix it now on it will not work all they would say (had this happen with another HVAC Contractor) I highly recommend MoreVent

The technicians from MoreVent are very professional and friendly. They show up on time and clean up after themselves when they are finished. They even put on shoe covers so they don’t track dirt through the house. Very satisfied with my service
