Horrible customer service. Newly purchased unit that is inconsistent with signed contract. Customer for years now I needed a new unit. Wish I shopped around before dealing with this company. No owner, sales rep call backs. No showed 3 times for service.
I've been a client for 14 years because they do an amazing job, have capable and polite employees, and scheduling is a breeze! They go out of their way to serve their clients. Finally my 21 year old AC gave out and I purchased a new system from them. The sales person, Chris, was knowledgeable, spoke in "human" terms and was respectful and friendly.
