I had an issue with possible duct contamination. A new heating and air system was installed late 2019. They sent a technician to my home within two days to examine the unit. I have mold growth in the ducts which they photographed and recommended a system that could correct it. They are great and the tech was very knowledgable Very pleased

Called MoreVent this morning. The air conditioning fan was not working properly. Technician Josh came today afternoon. He was extremely well mannered and professional! He wore the mask and gloves , put on the shoes’ covers. He analyzed the problem very thoroughly and managed to fix it! It was a faulty thermostat! Thank you Josh!👍
