Based on the amount of positive reviews of this business, I thought my AC regular maintenance service call would be in good hands. It’s just an annual check up after all. I called on a Thursday to schedule the routine maintenance. They put me in for the following Tuesday. Monday came, and they called to ask if it would be okay to reschedule since they are overwhelmed with service calls. And since my AC is still working, it isn’t a priority.
