Worst service department. Should be shut down and service management very rude and think they know everything. The lady in service loaner vehicles should be fired.
This company just charged my mother $49. To remove tint from two small triangle windows on a two door Honda Civic... not the driver and passenger windows the two small ones behind it... I paid $10. To get the original taken off... just cause she is an older female doesn’t mean she’s stupid
These guys went so above and beyond for us today! Just wanted to say thank you to Ron, Jackie, and the rest of the service team for saving our vacation!! We were in our driveway about to start our drive down to North Carolina, car packed, kids buckled. We went to start our CRV and the car hesitated and started acting weird. We decided to take a risk and drive it down to Morehead to see if they could tell us what was going on. Just purchased a 2013 Honda CRV. Car was detailed very nicely and the mechanical prep before we took ownership was well done. Buying experience was a delight. Frank Guglielmo was easy to work with and very accommodating.
Just picked up my 2018 Honda Civic and beyond happy. Joey was awesome and had everything ready for us when we got there, we were out the door within an hour!
