As the owner of Car Concierge Plus, a nationwide car buying and leasing consulting business I work with hundreds of dealerships a year across the country. When I tell you that this dealership is one THE WORST dealers I’ve ever dealt with that is an understatement. Their sales staff are some of the laziest people I have ever worked with and I guarantee that the management is no better as the ones that trained them. Stay far, far away from this place and go get a Honda anywhere else - you’ll thank me later.
Worst customer service experience! Unprofessional, unless you call yourself for follow-up, you will never get a call back from service dept! You are better off taking your vehicle elsewhere for routine maintenance.

Everybody there at the 9W location. were very helpful. I had gone back a few times trying to decide which vehicle I liked the best. And, with them having the prices on the vehicles was a Big Help for me. I highly recommend this place..
Worst customer service ever. Rude, disrespectful And very arrogant. If ur looking to buy a Honda go anywhere but morehead Honda. A bunch of classless people who think Honda’s are the most desirable car.
